Before you can use IRIS Practice Dashboards you will need to configure your staff members. This involves specifying which staff members have access to IRIS Practice Dashboards by registering them and then allocating which of the dashboards they are allowed to view.
There are two methods of registering staff members:
To register multiple staff in one go: System Maintenance | Practice | Practice Dashboards | User Permissions
To register staff one at time: System Maintenance | Staff Maintenance | View a staff member | Practice Dashboards
Once you have registered your staff to use IRIS Practice Dashboards, you can start using the application. However, to get the most out of it, we recommend that you spend some time configuring some of the other areas of your IRIS database, such as categorising your clients and job types.
