Client maintenance

Introduction

This screen shows you where to set the 6 user defined categories for each client as described in the Categories section.

You access this screen by selecting view on any client within the IRIS client browser.

This screen also shows you where to enter the Partner and Manager of the client which is also used to select the client portfolios for a specific Partner or Manager within many of the IRIS Practice Dashboards.

You can set any of these categories to a range of clients rather than having to go through each client one by one. This feature is available within IRIS Data Mining which is a search tool within IRIS Practice Management.

 

Also within Client Maintenance, if you have Practice Management running, you can select the Attributes tab. This allows you to set the attributes for the client. As per the categories, you can also set this on a range of clients using IRIS Data Mining.
