The KPIs dashboard pulls through data from all of the other dashboards and provides a snapshot of how the practice is performing. The actual figures and calculations all come from data stored in IRIS Time & Fees.
The data shown is as at the last closed period for the selected year.
The targets, key actions and mission statement are populated from within the IRIS Practice Dashboards Settings screen in System Maintenance.
Hovering your mouse over one of the rows will display a tool tip which details how each of the actual figures are calculated.
