Purchase order screens have been redesigned inline with our new design. We have also added functionality to add a delivery address to purchase orders, archive sales invoices and import customer details from companies house.

IRIS Pay enhancements

• Direct Debit Support: In addition to Card Payments and Bank Transfers, we're introducing Direct Debit, ideal for managing recurring payments like bills, subscriptions, and memberships.

• Google Pay for Invoice Payments: Alongside Apple Pay, you can now make invoice payments with Google Pay.

• Real-time Payment Portal: Access a dedicated in-product real-time Payment Portal to view detailed IRIS Pay transaction information, your account balance, Direct Debit Mandates, and more.

Further work redesigning Suppliers screens including the ability to import supplier details directly from Companies House. We have also introduced the ability to set a default VAT rate per supplier. This overrules any VAT rates applied to individual purchase and product codes. You'll need to turn on the new design to see the changes.

Further work redesigning Sales invoice screens. We have also introduced customer credit control and the sale invoice timeline, help you keep track of the journey from created, sent, viewed and paid. You'll need to turn on the new designto see the changes.

One Stop Shop (OSS) is a simplified way for suppliers to account for VAT due on sales to consumers (i.e. non-VAT registered customers) across the EU.

Sales quotes screens have been redesigned inline with our new design.

We have introduced new VAT threshold notifications for both IRIS KashFlow and IRIS KashFlow Connect to help keep you VAT compliant. Now, when you approach, meet or exceed the VAT registration threshold a notification will display, giving you enough time to take the appropriate action.

Customers screens have been redesigned inline with our new design. We've introduced new functionality to allow you to set a schedule to automatically issue customer statements. We've also introduced a new Business overview dashboard widget allowing you to check your business health with a glance against several key metrics. You'll need to turn on the new design to see the changes.

VAT has been given a makeover! It's now much easier to manage your VAT settings and run and submit your VAT return. Each screen has been redesigned inline with our new design. You can now easily submit your VAT return using the Making Tax Digital (MTD) service. You'll need to turn on the new design to see the changes.

We've been working on making your experience better, including new screen layouts, branding, and a fresher look.

So here's what's changed:

• You'll notice our new look when you login. We've changed the forgot password and memorable word screens too.

• We've moved the menu to the top, whilst decreasing its presence on your screen. Intuitive, yet familiar.

• We've redesigned the dashboard with a fresher look.

• You can turn on the new design to take a look. We'll be applying this new look to other areas of IRIS KashFlow in the future.

• This new help centre is also included in this release enabling you to search for answers, browse topics, and get the information you need to get your job done.
