What is IRIS Pay?
IRIS Pay is our payment processing service which integrates seamlessly with IRIS KashFlow, making it quick and easy to collect payments from your customers.

There are no subscription or set up fees, all you pay is a small transaction fee per payment received for Card payments. Take a look at our fees.
It’s easy. We can use the basic details (name, phone number, email address, etc.) stored in IRIS KashFlow, we'll ask for anything that's missing. You can then start taking payments straight away.

Absolutely not. IRIS Pay is an e-commerce solution. All you need is you phone, tablet or laptop.
Simple - there are 4 ways you can do this:

Go to Customers, select the required customer, then select Request Payment at the top of the screen.

From the IRIS Pay widget on your dashboard, select Request payment.

You can also Generate a Mobile Pay hyperlink which is then saved as an icon on your mobile device. Selecting the icon opens IRIS Pay ready to request a payment.

You can make IRIS Pay your default payment processor. When you create an invoice with a PayOnline button, your customer will pay using IRIS Pay.
The simple answer is any way they want to. The payment link takes your customer to the secure checkout where they can choose how they want to pay you, including debit card, credit card, Instant Bank Pay or Apple Pay. Instant Bank payments do not incur a transaction fee.
The funds you receive go into an e-wallet which you can withdraw when you want to. Find out more
Yes you can. In IRIS Pay payment settings, you can choose to automatically send email reminders to your customers who have not yet paid. Find out more
Yes you can. Just request a payment in the usual way, then select Open checkout. You can then hand your device to your customer for them to enter their details through the secure checkout. Find out more
All customer payments received go immediately into your e-wallet which you can then withdraw whenever you need to - there are no charges for withdrawing your money.
If we don’t already have them, we’ll need some details before you can withdraw any money (such as your bank details). As soon as we have those, we’ll finish setting up your account and you can start withdrawing funds. You simply request a payout and we'll send the funds to your requested bank account. Find out more
