Delete client contact details

You can delete phone or email contact details from the client record.

If any contact details are associated with an address, such as a phone number, only the contact details are deleted.

  1. From the Clients menu, select Clients list then find and open the required client.

    If any of the entries are greyed out and you cannot select them, this is a restricted client — the client record has been set to Private and you do not have access. Contact your IRIS Elements administrator if you believe this is a mistake.

  2. Select the Information tab.
  3. Select the Contact details sub-tab.
  4. Select More options, then Delete.
  5. Confirm the deletion.
