Payments

Edit payment items to change upcoming due dates and purchase window end dates. For more information, go to Manage Sales Items.

Refunds and Cancelled Trips

Refund orders that are now cancelled, go to Refund Orders and Refund Payments.

Send an email or text message to a specific [person linked to payment items to inform them about cancelled trips. For more information, go to Creating and Sending Emails and Creating and Sending Text Messages.

Emails

Send emails to a person to update them on the current situation and attach files, for example, Homework, go to Creating and Sending Emails.

Text Messages

Send an text message to a person to update them on urgent situations, go to Creating and Sending Text Messages.

To make sure you have enough credits to send text messages, you can purchase them at any time, go to Managing Text Credits.

Absences

Activate Absence Reporting to allow a person to report an absence for a student, go to How to Activate Absence Reporting.

Produce absence reports and view reported absences, go to Viewing Reported Absences and Produce Absence Reports.

Forms

Make sure you have updated expiry dates for any forms that are expiring soon, go to Create Forms and Send Forms.

Parents’ Evening

Delete or cancel upcoming Parents’ Evenings. If you are canceling an evening you can enter your own message to send any person invited. For more information, go to Cancel Parents' Evening Events.

Events

Delete upcoming Events or Meetings, go to Cancelling Events or Meetings.

Imports

Check your Rejected Records report to view any person missing or contact details. For more information, go to Run Rejected Records Reports .

Reports

Check the required reports to view details of users who do not have contact details recorded in IRIS ParentMail. You can also view the students who do not have a responsible person linked to them. For more information, go to Run Verified User Changes Report.

Users

Search for a staff member to make sure they are added to IRIS ParentMail, so can contact them and they can access IRIS ParentMail if required to work from home. If they do not have access to IRIS ParentMail already, you can add them. For more information, go to Add and Maintain Users and Search for User Accounts.

Check the staff member has the correct permissions allowing them to send emails or update their payment items and more, go to Manage User Permissions.
