Run Verified User Changes Report
Registered users should be actively encouraged to make required changes to their personal details for their IRIS ParentMail account. If the changes are made on their behalf, the user needs to approve them within 7 days to prevent the changes from being lost.
If a user changes their details, you might need to update them in your Management Information System (MIS). Run the Verified User Changes report to view any changes made by users, which can be used to update your MIS.
We recommend running the report regularly.
You can also view the number of changes made by users on the Overview page.
- Go to Reports > General Reports.
- Select the Verified User Changes report.
- Select the From and To dates to specify the data range for the report, then select Generate Report.
- A success message is displayed. Select OK.
- Select CSV or PDF to download the report.
You will need to generate the report each time you are aware of a change being made.
