Change contact display order

The first contact listed in the Contacts tab is considered the primary contact and therefore the main person you deal with. You can change the order of your contacts:

  1. From the Clients menu, select Clients list then find and open the required client.

    If any of the entries are greyed out and you cannot select them, this is a restricted client — the client record has been set to Private and you do not have access. Contact your IRIS Elements administrator if you believe this is a mistake.

  2. Select the Contacts tab.
  3. Use the arrows on the right to move the contact up. The client at the top of the list is the primary contact.
  4. Select Save.
