Using the former students tab

Use the Former Pupils tab in the Pupil Manager module to manage student records.

Choose to:

• Search former student records.
• Update a student's record status.
• Use the pink drop-down list to access functions such as contacting parents and printing labels.
• Add to and update student records.
• Generate reports of student information.
• Manage letter and e-mail templates.
