Generate student report lists

Use the Reports function in the Pupil Manager module to generate simple report lists of student information. The Reports function is available in all of the student record tabs in the Pupil Manager module.

The Reports function is useful for quickly reviewing lists of student information. The reports available are explained below:

Report Types	Generate a report of...
Siblings	Sibling groups attending your school. Include applicants and former student, if required.
Age	Students by age. Include applicants, if required. You can also generate a list of students who are in the incorrect year group for their age.
Discipline	It is recommended that you use the Rewards and Conduct module to generate reports on discipline.
Prospectus	Enquiries. Create a mail merge and send prospectuses to potential students.

Year Group and House Totals are displayed to the right of the reports screen to assist you further. Clicking on a year group or house takes you back to the student search screen.
