Change student record status

Use the Pupil Manager module to change the status of student records as students join and leave your school. Editing the status of student records in bulk saves time. For example, mark a whole year group as leavers or mark a group of applicants as current students.

Student records are listed in the student record tabs according to their current status. Edit student record status from the student record tabs (Current Students, Applicants, Former Students).

Choose to:

• Mark current students as leavers.
• Change applicants to current students.
• Reinstate a leavers record.
• Change current students or leavers to applicants.
