Applicant Scoring

If you have Applicant Scoring enabled within your workflow, candidate applications will be processed and the relevant information will be available to the panel for scoring.

Once candidates have been submitted to the panel, the Panel Members receive an email notification and the Awaiting My Scores section on the Candidates dashboard widget is updated.

Panel Members can view the applications and score each candidate according to the criteria of the role.

When all Panel Members have completed the scoring process, their combined scores are made available to Lead Panel Member. They will then confirm which candidates have been approved and notify HR in order to progress to the interview stage.
