Applicant Scoring as Panel Member
Once candidates have been submitted to the panel, you will receive an email notification that there are candidates you need to score. Awaiting My Scores on Dashboard is also updated.
To access Applicant Scoring either:

Select the number of candidates from Awaiting My Scores on the Candidates dashboard widget.

Select Applicant Scoring in a Vacancy.
If a candidate has applied to multiple vacancies, you will need to score them from within the Vacancy to ensure they are scored against to correct vacancy.
Applicant Scoring displays:

Your list of candidates.
-
Which candidates are to be scored and percentage complete for scoring in progress.

Any notifications you are permitted to see.

When candidates have been selected to be interviewed/declined, once the scoring process is complete.
The type of candidate details shown depends on your anonymisation settings.
Submit a candidate score

Go to Applicant Scoring > To Score.

Select Score for the relevant candidate.
If an candidate does not meet any of the criteria, you can select DOES NOT MEET CRITERIA without selecting any scores. You will be prompted to enter and save notes to support this action.

Review the Application Form, and CV where available.

Select a score for each criteria. You can select NOTE to enter additional information to each score.
You can also select SUMMARY NOTES to add general notes.

Select COMPLETE to submit your scores, or SAVE INCOMPLETE to save and return later.
The candidate will then move to Applicant Scoring > Score Complete.
Edit a candidate score

Go to Applicant Scoring > Score Complete.

Select Actions > Scores Breakdown for the relevant candidate.

Select MARK AS INCOMPLETE.

Select SCORE.

Edit your scores as needed and select COMPLETE AND CLOSE.
