Submit to Applicant Scoring

New Responses have to be submitted for scoring by the panel and further processed through the vacancy workflow. However, depending on your workflow, you may do a HR sift before submitting the candidates that meet your initial essential criteria.

Candidates that are submitted to the panel can be anonymised or fully disclosed according to your individual setup. For a fair and equal process, we recommend that the candidates are anonymised, unless you are accepting CVs.

Some setups have an auto-submit to panel which avoids having to move the candidates through the workflow. However, if you manually add a candidate or transfer them from one vacancy to another, then you will need to submit to panel.

Before submitting candidates to panel, you may be required to perform an initial sift. Learn more about sifting new responses.

Submit candidates to Applicant Scoring

  1. In the Vacancy, go to Sifted Candidates.

  2. Select the candidates you want to send to the panel.

  3. Select the cog icon, then Submit To Applicant Scoring.

These candidates will now be available in Applicant Scoring > To Score.
