Provide interview feedback
Once the interview date has passed, feedback must be entered for each candidate before progressing them to the next stage or declining them.
After the interview date and time has passed, the candidate is automatically moved to Require Feedback in the vacancy. Any Interviews Requiring Feedback are also displayed on the dashboard.
You can now provide feedback and progress them further through the vacancy.
You must provide feedback for every candidate.
From your dashboard

Select Interviews Requiring Feedback in the Interviews widget.

For the relevant candidate, select Candidate Actions > Interview Feedback.

Confirm whether the candidate attended the interview and select Next.

Enter your feedback and upload any supporting notes, then select Next.
Depending on your settings the content of your Interview Feedback Form may vary.

Select whether to:

Decline the candidate, removing them from the process.

Shortlist Interview: Send the candidate to shortlisting for the next interview stage.

Book Interview: Book candidate onto the next interview stage.

Offer: Offer the candidate the role without any further interviews.

From the Vacancy

In the vacancy, select the interview stage (Telephone Interview, First Interview, Second Interview).

Select Require Feedback.

Select the relevant candidate.

Select the cog icon, then Interview Feedback.

Confirm whether the candidate attended the interview and select Next.

Enter your feedback and upload any supporting notes, then select Next.
