VAT obligations widget

The VAT obligations widget is displayed on the home page and shows VAT obligations for the selected year (defaults to the current year) and includes the client name, status, obligation and due date.

• Choose the obligation year from the VAT obligations list at the top of the widget.

  

• Filter the list using the Status filter.

• Use Find client to search for specific client VAT obligations. The list will reduce based on what you type.

• Sort the columns by selecting the down arrow next to the column heading.

• Select any Status to open the VAT tab for that client.

• Select the client name to open the client dashboard for the selected client.

Select View all to see a list of all client VAT returns. You can download a copy of the list as a PDF or CSV file by selecting the required option at the top of the list. If you apply any filters, only the filtered list is downloaded.

You can also switch the widget to view a chart by selecting the Summary view toggle.

Hover over each section to see the number of clients within each type. Select an item in the legend to view a list of VAT obligations with that status.
