GPA Management

Use the Certification tab in the Curriculum Manager module to manage grade point averages (GPA) for your school.

The GPA Management settings are rolled over each year. You are building a matrix to define how to turn values into a number to create a GPA.

Grade Management must be set up before GPA Management can be configured.

A number of options are listed:

• Manage GPA Audits. View a log of any changes made in grade point average settings.
• Manage GPA Grade Marks. View and manage grade point average (GPA) marks.
• Manage GPA Levels. View and manage grade point average (GPA) levels.
• Manage GPA Methods. Manage the different calculation methods used for grading, marking and assessing the students in your school.
• Manage GPA Sets. Create different sets for different areas of your schools. For example, you may require different GPA sets for your UK and Dubai schools.
• Manage GPA Types. View and manage grade point average types.
• GPA Options & Settings. View and manage grade point average options and settings, such as rounding settings and how often GPAs are calculated.
