Dashboard Toolbar Icons

The dashboard toolbar provides a variety of options when viewing dashboards.

	Update - Update/refresh the report (shortcut key F9)
	Not applicable to Dashboards
	Toggles a spreading hold. Refer to Spreading Data for Budgeting and Forecasting for more information
	Removes a spreading hold
	See the transactions behind the detail on the dashboard/report. Refer to Drilling Down or Through to Transactional Data for more information
	Not applicable to dashboards
	Access any reports/views linked to the dashboard. Refer to Linking (and Viewing Linked) Reports / Analytics for more information
	Send the dashboard to Excel. Refer to Sending a Report to Excel for more information
	Downloads the dashboard as a PDF
	Set dashboard as a favourite. Refer to Marking Dashboards, Data Views and Reports as Favourites for more information
	Opens the dashboard in a new browser tab
	View online help for the report
