How to clear the browsers cache
One of the most common ways to fix odd behavior in My ePay Window is to clear the browsers chahe.
What do you mean by "Odd Behavior"
If your personal information has been sent to the My ePay Window portal but its not updated.
There is a "This data is not available" message when viewing payslips P45s etc..
Why does this happen?
As you browse the web, your browser keeps some of the information on the device. This is a cache. When you return to the page, the cache information is used to reduce loading times and data use. As the data within My ePay Window is updated or changed (or we have made some changes in the background due to an update), this is not reflected when it loads from the cache.
