What's new for November2025

On 11th November, we’re refreshing the My ePay Window login screen with a new look and updated branding. This is a visual update only — the login process itself remains unchanged.

What You’ll See

Starting 11th November, all users will notice:

  • A new logo
  • A modern blue colour scheme
  • A refreshed login page design

No Action Required

There’s nothing you need to do. Users can continue logging in as usual with their existing usernames and passwords. The login process remains exactly the same.

Coming Soon: Security Enhancements

While this update is visual, we’re also preparing to roll out enhanced security features in the near future. These will be introduced gradually, and you’ll receive in-product notifications before any changes affect your account.

What’s Changing (Soon):

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Powered by IRIS Identity (via Okta), MFA adds an extra layer of enterprise-grade security. Employers and payroll departments can choose to enable this feature to better protect payroll data.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): IRIS Identity allows users to access multiple IRIS products — including Staffology Payroll, Staffology HR, IRIS Elements, and more — using a single set of credentials.
  • Email-Based Login: Say goodbye to usernames. Users will log in using their email address.
  • Account Linking: Users with multiple My ePay Window accounts will be able to link them to a single IRIS Identity account, making it easier to switch between accounts.
