New Payroll Department User support options for IRIS Identity in My ePay Window.

Payroll Department users can now self serve their clients when supporting users with IRIS Identity onboarding queries.

Where the feature is enabled for a Payroll Department, admins can:

• Resend activation emails

  

• Update a user’s email address

  

• Reset the migration, allowing the user to re onboard at their next login
