How to clear the browsers cache

Android mobile and tables usually come with an on screen keyboard, which appears when selecting a text box. So unlike PC users, you cant use shortcuts. The result is having to manually clear the data stored for the site.

There are instructions for the most common Android web browser apps. If yours isnt listed, please have a look at the help within the app.

Looking for Windows, MacOS, Apple iPhone/iPad or Android Mobile/Tablet

Google Chrome

  1. On your phone and within Google Chrome, tap on the three-dot menu icon to open Settings.

  2. Select Advanced.

  3. Open Site settings.

  4. Select Data stored.

  5. There will be a find a list of websites for which Google Chrome has stored cache data. Tap on the My ePay Window site URL - www.myepaywindow.com and tap on the Clear & reset button.

  6. Here, you’ll find a list of websites for which Google Chrome has stored cache data. Tap on the site URL you wish to hard refresh and tap on the Clear & reset button

  7. Your all set. Open Goggle Chrome and use the three-dot menu icon and tap on the refresh button.

Samsung Internet Browser

  1. On your phone and within Samsung Internet Browaser, tap on the three-dot menu icon to open Settings.

  2. Here, you’ll find a list of all the websites that the browser has stored cache data for.

  3. Go to the website URL of My ePay Windowwww.myepaywindow.com.

  4. Tap on the Delete button in the top right corner and mark the URL for which you intend to delete the cache data.

  5. Finally , tap on the Delete button at the bottom.

  6. Your all set. Open Samsung and and navigate to www.myepaywindow.com.

Mozilla Firefox for Android

  1. On your phone and within Mozilla Firefox for Android, tap on the three-dot menu.

  2. Tapping on the icon refresh the page.

  3. Open www.myepaywindow.com

Opera for Android

There are two methods: 

  • Open www.myepaywindow.com then holding down on your screen will force a refresh.

  • Tap on the refresh button on the browser app.

Microsoft Edge for Android

There are two methods: 

  • Open www.myepaywindow.com then holding down on your screen will force a refresh.

  • Tap on the refresh button on the browser app.
