  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down to find Safari.

  3. Select Advanced.

  4. Select Website Data.

  5. Find. My ePay Window (www.myepaywindow.com).

  6. Select Edit.

  7. Tap the red button on the URL (www.myepaywindow.com) to remove it.

  8. Once removed, you can try again.
