Get help with your Taxfiler migration

There are different ways to access support, depending on where you are in your migration journey.

If you haven't signed up to Elements

If you're still using Taxfiler and haven't yet set up your IRIS Elements trial account, email support@taxfiler.co.uk.

If you have signed up to Elements

After signing up to Elements, you can raise a support ticket in the IRIS Service Community portal by selecting IRIS Elements Tax and Accounts on the Asset list.
