Get help and support

When you purchase or sign-up to IRIS Elements, you receive an invitation by email to access the IRIS Service Community.

If you do not receive the email, check your junk or spam folder.

IRIS Elements Tax Professional, IRIS Elements Accounts Production Professional, or IRIS Elements Service Plan Essentials Plus subscribers can contact support by telephone.

Log into the IRIS Service Community for the first time:

  1. Select the logging into the community link in the Welcome to the IRIS Customer Service Community - IRIS! email.
  2. Enter your Username we have provided in the email.
  3. To set a password:
    1. To generate a password reset email, select Forgot Your Password?
    2. From the Your new IRIS Password email, select the link.
    3. Select Reset Password.
    4. Enter a new password and confirm it, then select Change Password.

Your account has then been activated and you are automatically logged into the IRIS Service Community.
