Turn on credit score tracking

In order to view client credit scores, you first need to turn on credit score tracking.

After turning on tracking, the credit data is refreshed every weekend.

You'll need to enter your client's company number in the client record to turn on this feature. Read our topic on recording client information to learn how. This feature is available for limited companies only.

  1. From the Clients menu, select Clients list then find and open the required client.

    If any of the entries are greyed out and you cannot select them, this is a restricted client — the client record has been set to Private and you do not have access. Contact your IRIS Elements administrator if you believe this is a mistake.

  2. On the Dashboard, on the Credit score widget, select Track with Capitalise.

  3. Once connected, the business credit score for the client is shown on the client dashboard in the Credit score widget and in the Credit Score column in the client list.

You can now select View details to learn more about your client's business credit score.
