Timesheets & Expenses
Timesheets record the time you've spent on activities, including non-chargeable work. Each organisation may have a different configuration based on the services, jobs and activity/analysis codes in use.
Before timesheets can be used, you will need to set up the timesheet headers, together with the work profiles and charge rates for each staff member. Finally, you will need to identify who will approve timesheet entries. Once this has been achieved, the individual staff members can then begin to record their time.
Expenses can be used to track staff outlay against clients and non-chargeable clients.
