Managing Employees

Good to know
You can use the same email address for multiple accounts. The username must be unique.
There are some things to note if the Employees with multiple My ePay Window accounts

Employees have 20 days to complete the registration. If this time limit lapses, a new invitation will need to be sent.

• Re-invite an employee

• Reset an employee password

• Reset employees username

• Employees with multiple My ePay Window accounts

When you preform the first publish to My ePay Window, all employees information will be uploaded to the web portal - This includes leavers in the current year. All will then be sent an invitation to join. Remove the employees email address from payroll if you don’t want them to receive an invitation.
