Reset employees username

If the employee has multiple My ePay Window accounts, they will not be able to reset their username. This is usually due to them having multiple My ePay Window accounts.

  1. Go to the My ePay Windowwebsite at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

  3. Select the Employers menu.

  4. Your available employers are displayed.

    Select + to expand the details of an employer.

  5. Select Employees.


  6. Select the required employee.

  7. Select Reset/Unlock.

  8. Select Reset Username.

  9. The employee will receive an email with a unique link. They will need to pass the security questions.
