You can now map multiple analysis codes onto a single journal lines, this is to report accurately where an employee is mapped to multiple analysis categories.

Your payroll journal report now considers payline costings.

For users who use multiple roles. The nominal A nominal account is a general ledger account that you close at the end of each accounting year. journal outputs now recognise the costings for each role.

The nominal Journal file now is able to handle cost splits within each role.

You can now use nominal journal overrides at department and cost centre.

The pension worker group A group of employees who have the same pension contribution level and other settings. name will be displayed on the employees pay slip if they have a pension deduction. This replaces the previous name of 'pension', regardless of the worker group.

You now receive a warning when the 23rd and 28th weeks of SSP Statutory sick pay refers to the pay an employer must give you if you’re too ill to work. It’s paid to you by your employer for up to 28 weeks, based on certain eligibility criteria - the cost of SSP is no longer able to be recovered - SSP is no longer reported to HMRC on your EPS submissions has been reached so the users are prompted to complete an SSP1 form for the employees.
