Pay in Days, complementing the existing Average Holiday Pay in Hours feature.

Holiday Advances
We’re introducing a new feature which allows processing of pay run entries ahead of time for multiple future periods within the same tax year. It automatically applies the correct calculation rules for deductions and benefits — including tax, student loans A government loan that students can use to help pay for their education., National Insurance A system of contributions paid by workers and employers in the UK, which funds various state benefits, such as the State Pension and Jobseeker's Allowance., pensions, and other statutory deductions — according to the relevant pay run period.
