IRIS Community - Chat with an agent
A video overview of how to chat with a support agent.

You can chat with a support agent from most pages on IRIS Community.

  1. Select Chat with an Expert.

    Agent Offline is displayed when chat is not available.

  2. In the Pre Chat Form:

    • Search for the correct IRIS Cascade product in Asset.

    • Select a Category

    • Enter a Subject.

    • Select Request Chat.

    A reply will be received as soon as an agent becomes available.
