You can chat with a support agent from most pages on IRIS Community.

Select Chat with an Expert.
Agent Offline is displayed when chat is not available.

In the Pre Chat Form:

Search for the correct IRIS Cascade product in Asset.

Select a Category
-
Enter a Subject.
-
Select Request Chat.
A reply will be received as soon as an agent becomes available.
