HR

Enhancements

  • Two-factor authentication has been added.

Fixes

  • Custom absence: Design of requests made in ABSENCE screen updated to be consistent with holiday requests.

  • Leaver balance: In the LEAVER screen, when the leavers remaining holiday balance was between -1 and -59 it was displayed as a positive number. A fix has been applied to resolve this.

    This issue was only occurring where balances were set to hours and minutes.

  • Shared parental leave: When fields were hidden, an error would occur when dealing with requests. A fix has been applied to resolve this.

  • Bank/sort code: Validation message was being shown due to the sort code field allowing dashes to be entered. The validation has been changed to fix this.


Payroll

Enhancements

  • National Minimum Wage: Rates added to Payroll > Legislation.

  • National Minimum Wage Report: National Minimum Wage report added to Payroll > Reports and Analysis. This is automatically enabled for payroll administrators, it will need to be enabled in Users, Profiles and Roles for all other roles. Find out more: National Minimum Wage Report .

  • Apprenticeship Levy: Apprenticeship Levy added to restore point tables.

Fixes

  • Pension Integration: Fixed an issue that resulted in an unexpected error if DATE JOINED or DATE LEFT had been populated in Payroll but not in HR.

Payroll - Gender Pay Gap Report

When running the Gender Pay Gap Report against large organisations, we were seeing instances where this would timeout and not complete. This has now been resolved.
