View completed client risk assessments

You can see which client risk assessments are due to expire in theRisk Assessments widget on your home page.

  1. From the Clients menu, select Clients list.
  2. Change the client list view to either Active clients or a custom view that includes all relevant clients.
  3. If any of the entries are greyed out and you cannot select them, this is a restricted item — the parent client record has been set to Private and you do not have access. If you believe this is a mistake, contact your IRIS Elements administrator. Users who have Administrator level permissions are able to view all public and private client records, even those where they are not named as assigned users.

  4. Select the AML tab. The current, most recent risk assessment is displayed in the Risk Assessment widget along with the risk level.
  5. Select Start new to create a new risk assessment for this client.
  6. Select View all completed risk assessments to view a list including the date, risk level, person who completed, status, and next due date. Select the down arrow to show the detail of the assessment.

    You can't view completed client risk assessments if one is in progress. If you don't see the View all completed risk assessments link, check the status. If the current risk assessment is in progress, select Continue to complete it. 

  7. Select Return to client profile to go back.
