Import trial balances direct from Xero — Errors

The following error messages may occur while importing trial balances direct from Xero:

Invalid message

 

400003

Connection expired

Disconnect from Xero then reconnect.

400004

Source not registered

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

400005

No data in bookkeeping source

Add trial balance data to Xero.

Check whether matching accounting period dates exist.

404001

No blob data found

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

404002

No status found

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

408001

Timeout

Disconnect from Xero then reconnect.

409001

Ingestion conflict

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

409002

Acknowledge conflict

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

500001

Unexpected error

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

Import request failed

Bookkeeping credentials error

Check your Xero credentials entered into IRIS Elements

Datum request failed

Critical failure

log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

Process failed

Retry the import. If this fails again, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required). Include the error code and message in your ticket.

Db error

Datum extraction failed
