Encourage Parents and Carers to use IRIS BioStore Bookings

When your organisation has completed the set up for IRIS BioStore Bookings, send a message to parents and carers to let them know they can start using it.

To help explain what parents and carers need to do, we have created the following templates. Select the relevant template, then either copy it into your message sending software, or send it as a letter.

Parents and carers must activate their IRIS Identity account, then either access IRIS BioStore Bookings from https://bookings.iris-biostore.co.uk/ or download the app from the Apple or Google Play store.

If you use IRIS ParentMail, parents and carers can access IRIS BioStore Bookings from the Accounts section in their IRIS ParentMail account.
