Set Up IRIS BioStore Bookings
The set up of IRIS BioStore Bookings for your organisation is completed by our IRIS BioStore team.
Once set up, if required, you can set a daily cut off time for orders.
If you have purchased IRIS BioStore Payments for IRIS BioStore Bookings, before you start using it, you must enter your bank details and wait for our team to approve your account.
During the set up process, parents and carers linked to your students are imported into IRIS BioStore Portal. Providing they have an email address entered for their record in your Management Information System (MIS), they are automatically sent an email inviting them to create an IRIS Identity account. Parents and carers must set up an IRIS Identity account to log into IRIS BioStore Bookings.
To let them know you are going to be using IRIS BioStore Bookings we recommend sending them an email before the set up is completed. We've created some templates you can use to help them understand what to expect and what they need to do to get started using IRIS BioStore Bookings. If your organisation uses IRIS ParentMail, parents and carers do not need to register again, and can use their existing IRIS Identity account.
