Register Payments and Account Balances
Payment details or student or staff member account balances for specific registers are available to view and download.
- Go to Registers, then select Register Activity.
- Select the required register.
- From the following options select the details you want:
- Report By — Choose either Student, Staff, or both
- Registration — Details for all in a specific registration group
- Show Deleted — Include register members who have been removed
- Name — A specific student or staff member
- Balance Under — Accounts with a value under a specific amount
- To display the details, select Filter.
Automatic Top Up Status — displays a status based on whether an automatic top up has been set up for the account.
Did you know?
You can use Register Activity to send reminders to those who have not booked clubs or ordered meals, or to send a barcode to those who can only pay cash.
