Identify Accounts with Automatic Top Ups in IRIS ParentMail

To check which students have dinner money or register accounts set up with automatic top up payments, on Cashless Reconciliation or Register Activity an Automatic Top Up Status is displayed.

For each account, one of the following statuses is displayed: 

  • Activated — A parent and carer linked to the student has set up an automatic top up.
  • Stopped — An automatic top up for the account was set up, but has been stopped by the parent or carer or your organisation, and no payments are being automatically taken.
  • Not Activated — No automatic top up has been set up for the account.
