The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during June 2023:
General Fixes and Updates
- Improved security updates for Integris and Progresso links
- Text messages sent to parents and carers to verify personal details changes no longer created if your organisation does not have enough text credits to send the messages
- When editing scheduled emails, the content of the message now displays correctly
- Resolved issues with information not being imported when using IRIS Data Extractor
- Duplicate Personal Relationships records are no longer imported
- For organisations upgrading to IRIS Identity, the Forgotten your password? link now correctly redirects to the password reset for IRIS Identity accounts
- Improved loading speed performance
- Resolved issues with reports generating slowly
IRIS PlusPay
- Improved handling for received PayPal errors
- Multiple partial refunds for the same payment are now settled correctly
- Improved handling when parents and carers successfully make a payment but refresh the payment processing page instead of waiting for it to automatically clear
- Payment history now displays correctly when viewing orders for partially paid items
Parents and Carers IRIS ParentMail Accounts
- Payments made using PayPal now display correctly on student accounts
- Resolved issues with Your account has been changed emails being sent daily
