Changing a Password
You can only change the password for your own IRIS ParentMail account. Users who are unable to log in due to an incorrect password must reset their password.
If you are unable to log into your account or have forgotten the registered email address, contact your IRIS ParentMail administrator.
Changing Your Password When Password Known
IRIS ParentMail Accounts
Go to Account, then Security Settings. Enter your Current Password, a New Password, then the new password again in Retype New Password. Select Save to confirm the changes.
IRIS ParentMail account passwords must be at least eight characters in length and contain at least one number.
IRIS Identity Accounts
If you have an IRIS Identity account, go to Account, then Account Settings. To receive a reset password email, select Reset Password.
The IRIS Identity account password reset link in the email expires after an hour. If you change your password in IRIS ParentMail, the password for your IRIS Identity account is updated.
Changing Your Password When Password Forgotten
IRIS ParentMail Accounts
From the Login screen, select Forgotten your password?. To get a reset password email, enter the Email Address you use to log into your account then select Send.
If you do not receive a reset password email from info@parentmail.co.uk, check your junk or spam folder or contact your IRIS ParentMail administrator.
From the email, select Reset Password. Enter a New Password, and again in Confirm Password, then select Continue.

IRIS Identity Accounts
To reset your IRIS Identity account password, select Need help singing in?, then Forgot Password?. A reset link is sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this, check your Junk or Spam folders. From the reset password email, select the link and follow the steps.
Resetting your password updates your log in details for all IRIS products you use your IRIS Identity account for.
