Managing Scheduled Emails

The new Messaging feature is now available and will replace Email and SMS very soon. To avoid any disruption, we recommend you start using the new Messaging feature now. For more information, go to Messaging Getting Started Guide.

When creating emails, you can choose to have IRIS ParentMail send them at a later date. Such emails can be edited or deleted before the scheduled date.

Editing Scheduled Emails

Do the following:

1. Go to Email > Scheduled.
2. Select the required email.
3. Select Edit Email.
4. Adjust the contents as required.
5. Select Send to save.

Deleting Scheduled Emails

Do the following:

1. Go to Email > Scheduled.
2. Select the required email.
3. Select Delete Email.
4. Confirm the deletion.
