Create Emails using AI Writing Assistant

Important Messaging Update
Our Messaging module has been removed as of the 12th December 2024 while we look into making improvements.

Messages your organisation sent or scheduled, along with any templates and drafts from the Messaging module have been moved to the relevant sections in the Email and SMS modules.

Want to get the most out of the AI Writing Assistant? — Try our top tips!

When ing emails to parents and carers, you can use our AI Writing Assistant to help create the message.

  1. When creating an email, select NEW - Try our AI Writing Assistant.
  2. If using the AI Writing Assistant for the first time, you must give your consent of use before you can Continue.

  3. Enter the details of the message you would like to create. If you are not sure what to enter, use our examples for guidance.

    Do not enter any personal or sensitive data, intellectual property, or other information that should not be publicly available. For more details about what not to enter, go to AI Writing Assistant Overview.

  4. To generate the message based on the entered details, select Run AI assistant.
  5. If the generated message is suitable, to transfer it to the email, select Insert.

    If you do not want to use the generated message, or want to change the details you entered, select Cancel, then use the AI Writing Assistant again.

  6. To personalise the message using personalised fields placeholders or include information that cannot be entered using the AI Writing Assistant, edit the message.

    If you no longer want to use the AI Writing Assistant generated message, just delete the contents from the email.

  7. Before sending AI Writing Assistant generated messages, we recommend thoroughly checking the message content for suitability, spelling, and grammar.
