OSP schemes

If your organisation runs a company sick pay scheme for employees, IRIS Payrite can calculate sick pay values and entitlements for you.

Set up sick pay (OSP) schemes in System Setup.

You can create as many sick pay schemes as you need, and allocate to employees on the Absence tab of the employee base data screen.

You can:

• Create an OSP scheme

• Assign OSP schemes

• Manually enter OSP history
