Reset My ePay Window username

If you can log in to My ePay Window

Some users are selecting the netcraft icon in error. Netcraft are a third party that audit My ePay Window and cant provide support. Please contact your payroll department or payroll administrator.

  1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

  3. Select your name from the top banner.

  4. Select My Settings.

  5. Select My Account.

  6. Select Change username.

  7. Enter your My ePay Window email address and select Submit.

If the email does not match My ePay Window records, no email will be sent.

  1. The registered email address will receive an email with a Reset your username link. Select the link.

  2. Enter and confirm your new username. Select Submit.

If you cannot log in to My ePay Window

  1. Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

  2. From the My ePay Window login screen, select Forgot Username?.

  3. Enter your My ePay Window email address and select Submit.

    If you use the same email address for multiple accounts, you will not be able to reset the username. There are a few extra steps you need to complete.

If the email address does not match My ePay Window records, no email will be sent.

  1. The registered email address will receive an email with a Reset your username link. Select the link.

Emails will come from donotreply@myepaywindow.com. Check your spam folder or security settings if it does not arrive.

  1. Enter and confirm your new password. Select Submit.

If you no longer have access to the registered email address contact your payroll department who will update your details via their payroll software.
