Notifications
My ePay Window notifies you when you have a new notification when:

The Employer or Payroll Department has published a payslip, p60, p45 or pension letter.

The Employer or Payroll Department has uploaded any other documents for you.

If My ePay Window terms have changed and will need to confirm your agreement.
You can view new notifications by selecting the bell icon, the number is also shown on the Notifications menu and the menu with the new document.
Here, you can see there is an unread notification for a new document:
The count increases every time a new notification is received and decreases every time a notification is acknowledged. If you have no unread notifications, just the bell icon is shown.
To view your notifications:

Go to the My ePay Window website at https://www.myepaywindow.com/.

Enter your registered username and password and select Login.

Select the bell icon next to the username to see a list of notifications or select Notifications from the menu.

Select the plus next to the required notification.

To view any notes sent with the document, select Show Note.

Select Mark As Read to show you have seen the notification.

To remove the notification select Archive.
Archived notifications are automatically deleted three months after their ‘due’ date’ or the ‘received date’ when there is no notification due date.
