What happens if you have multiple My ePay Window accounts
My ePay Window allows you to have multiple accounts. You can use the same email address, however each username must be unique.
There are a number of things to be aware of for of you who have multiple My ePay Window accounts.
You may have multiple My ePay Window accounts for a number of reasons. For example: Works for multiple employers, moving from one employer to another who also uses My ePay Window or moving to a different company in the payroll software.
An employee can use the same email address across multiple accounts, however the username must be unique.
When an employee tries to reset their username,My ePay Window will use the email address associated to the account to generate a unique web address. If the address is used for multiple accounts My ePay Window can't tell which account to send the email from. This does not happen if the employee or user needs to reset the password.
As a security and privacy measure we do not display any employer details during this process.

Don t worry, just contact the employer directly and ask them to send you a reset link by email.
With this link you will be able to change your username
The reset link needs to be sent by your employer, contact them to request this.
