Employers
An employer decides whether IRIS Perks is offered to its employees. IRIS Perks is on by default, and an Employer user can turn it off at any time; no request to IRIS is needed.
An Employer user account is required to turn IRIS Perks on or off.
Turn off IRIS Perks
-
Sign in to My ePay Window as an Employer user for the organisation.
-
Go to Administration, then select Details, and find the IRIS Perks section.
-
In the IRIS Perks section, select Disable.
The change takes effect immediately:
-
IRIS Perks is hidden from every employee's navigation menu immediately.
-
Employee details are removed from Circular Benefits. This is designed to complete within the same session. If a removal fails, the system retries it and raises an alert.
-
The change is recorded in the audit log.
Activate IRIS Perks again
To make IRIS Perks available again, go to the same section and select Enable. IRIS Perks returns to every employee's navigation menu, and an employee is asked for consent after an offer is opened.
Employer transfers between payroll departments
After an employer record is transferred from one payroll department (bureau) to another, the IRIS Perks setting, on or off, is kept. A transfer does not reset it.
