IRIS Perks offers discounts, savings, and financial wellbeing offers, available directly from My ePay Window when an employer takes part. No consent, registration, or data sharing is required to browse.
Browse without giving consent
When an employer takes part, IRIS Perks is shown in the navigation menu. Opening it displays the IRIS Perks landing page and the offers available. Consent, registration, or data sharing is not required to browse the offers.
Give consent and open an offer
Consent is requested only after a specific brand or offer is opened.

Go to IRIS Perks and select a brand or offer.

A consent window explains what information will be shared with Circular Benefits, the provider of IRIS Perks.

Select Agree to continue to the offer with single sign-on. The first time, a Circular Benefits account is created automatically.
If consent is not given, nothing is shared, and browsing can continue.
Withdraw consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Go to IRIS Perks.

Select the option to withdraw consent, shown at the bottom of the page.

Confirm in the withdrawal window.
Withdrawal is acted on, not just recorded: a request to remove personal details from Circular Benefits starts within the same session.
If IRIS Perks is not shown
IRIS Perks is not shown when:

IRIS Perks is turned off for the employer, either by the employer or by the Payroll Department user.

The organisation has been left. IRIS Perks is shown only to current employees.
Contact the employer or Payroll Department user if this seems incorrect.
