Replace a Mail Merge template

To replace an existing Mail Merge template in the system:

  1. Sign in to IRIS HR Professional.

  2. Go to System Tools > Exports & Reports > Mail Merge.

    • To review a template before replacing it, select the magnifying glass icon.

      The Mail Merge document in a list.

  3. Select the template record you want to replace.

  4. Find Replace Document and select Choose file.

    The Choose file option on the Mail Merge Template screen.

  5. Select the new template document.

  6. Choose Save to finish uploading the replacement template into the system.
